Build Immunity with Food as Medicine

Participants will learn about food as medicine, seasonal eating, ancestral foods, and taste nourishing broths and elixirs. Everyone will help make, and go home with, fire cider, and bring home a recipe packet to continue their healing food explorations.

Lisa Mase, BCHN, RHNC, is a seasoned nutritionist, health coach, and herbalist who integrates traditional healing practices with modern wellness strategies. With a focus on intuitive eating, herbalism, and ancestral healing, Lisa advocates for inclusivity, supporting trans, queer, and BIPOC communities. Founder of Harmonized Living, she provides holistic health coaching and classes, promoting a deep connection with nature and personal health.
