Dan Morse from Heartbeet Lifesharing will present a synopsis of Rudolf Steiner's 'Agriculture' lectures given 100 years ago, which gave birth to the Biodynamic movement. We will discuss fundamental concepts that make Biodynamics unique. Some artistic expression will be woven into the morning. At the end of the morning we will make the Horn Manure prep, one of the nine Biodynamic preparations. Please wear farm clothes and boots if you wish to help make the Horn Manure prep. This workshop will be outside the whole time, weather permitting. A potluck will follow, if there is interest from participants.
Dan Morse has worked in a leadership role for 10 years in the farm and garden at Heartbeet Lifesharing - a lifesharing community for adults with developmental disabilities. The land at Heartbeet has been stewarded Biodynamically since the community's inception in 2000.
